A New Tower for the Schuylkill River Skyline
Dranoff Properties has their sights on changing the skyline by the Schuylkill River with their proposed project One Riverside Park, in the Fitler Square area of the city.
One Riverside Park
The 21 story apartment building, designed by architects Cecil Baker + Partners, is planned to go up at 25th and Locust, at the beginning of the Schuylkill Banks trail which, along with the Schuylkill River Park recently underwent at $4.6 million transformation.
Schuylkill River Parks Connector Bridge
Currently the plan for the building includes 1,000 sqft of retail space that may house a café for residents and trail users, 167 apartments and 86 parking spaces. Specifics as far as design and materials remain to be seen. One Riverside Park would replace what is now a parking lot and would add a new dimension to a continually improving Schuylkill River waterfront.
