Billy Walsh recently joined Keller Williams after transferring from Brown Harris Stevens. New York City’s #1 Residential real estate firm. Billy graduated from Widener University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts & Science.  He was a stand out student athlete in Football, Track & Field. Originally from Philadelphia P.A. Billy began his professional career as a High School History Teacher at William Penn High School where he was the football coach and track & field coaches.  He made the decision to move to Manhattan where he has resided since 2006.  Upon moving back to Philadelphia, Billy was a successful real estate broker in Manhattan working with Real Trends Top performing team at Brown Harris Stevens.
His decision to move back to Philadelphia and joining Keller Williams has been and absolute pleasure.   He transitioned to the residential real estate market after working with international investors seeking commercial leases for lucrative investment opportunities. His talent for connecting clients with the right home and agenda is his passion.  Billy is very knowledgeable and extremely attentive.
Billy has a passion for architectural history and enjoys spending time walking through the city’s historic locations and museums.  Billy’s a huge Eagles fan and a season ticket holder. During the summer he enjoys time with his daughter and family at his North Wildwood Beach house.
