Typically minimum is 30 days but we can offer shorter stays at select locations. We can offer discounts on staying 6 months or longer as well.

Floor plan size varies by location, but typical measurements are: Studio Apartments: 400-500 sq. ft. (42-52 sq. meters) One-Bedroom Apartments: 650-1000 sq. ft. What are your prices?
Prices vary based on market and amenities offered at each location. You can expect to pay between $75-$125/day for a studio apartment, $100-$175/day for a 1BR apartment, and $125-$250 a day for a 2BR apartment.
How do I pay?
We will provide one monthly invoice that includes fees for a fully furnished apartment, rent, utilities, and any additional fees. Guests can arrange to pay monthly in advance via credit card (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club accepted) or check/wire.
