If you’re working with a real estate agent who understands the market, you have to trust the comparable homes that they use – after all, they are the expert. The bottom line is even in a seller’s market, most experienced agents will recommend listing your home at market value.
Market value is the price in which a willing buyer and seller agree upon, based on their reasonable knowledge of the property and current market trends.
